Set up an account, set your preferences for your activity period, time to respond, and an emergency contact name and phone number, and you’re all set.

How do I install my PoMful device?

PoMful offers a plug and play installation, no tools required.

What happens when my power goes off? 

What happens if I lose wifi? 

The PoMful device sends a heartbeat to the cloud application every minute to ensure connectivity.  If the device doesn't send a heartbeat after 5 minutes, the occupant is notified that the system is offline.
